• Psychological Assessments - fee is based on type of testing

Please Note: If you are unable to come to your scheduled appointment, a minimum of 24 hours advanced noticed is required, except for illness or personal emergencies.  If less notice is given, you will be billed for your scheduled appointment.

Insurance Plans Accepted By Dr. Schild:

At this time, Dr. Schild accepts a limited number of Medical, Term and Tricare clients.  Dr. Schild does not accept the direct payment of PPO insurances at this time.  Clients receive billing statements which may be reimbursable through their private health insurance plans.  To ensure coverage, please contact your health insurance company for coverage verification.
